Hi I am Natalie Alexander the founder of NMA Fitness. As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.
My other passion is event riding, when I’m not training clients I’m training myself or my horses.... I like to practice what I preach! With a busy, physically demanding lifestyle I can empathize with clients that find it difficult to manage their busy lives and dedicate some time to themselves and their health.
I have combined my 2 passions and I am now the only qualified online fitness coach that specializes in working with equestrians to improve their riding performance and strengthen the partnership between horse and rider through a specialist weight loss and body conditioning program. My aim is to help you ride to your true potential and get the most out of the time you spend in the saddle doing what you love.
